RIP Bob Moog
BBC reports on the death of the inventor of the synthesizer, Robert Moog.
I remember the first time I saw a band use a Moog synth live was Stereolab at the Liberty Lunch (RIP) in Austin back in 1997. Ever since, I've been in love with the sound. This guy changed music a lot.
What are some of your favorite bands that use a Moog synth?
I like Air, Stereolab, the Rentals... (just getting the ball rolling)
