Being an Austin musicblogger, it's a mortal sin to be out of town this week. It's SXSW and I'm sure the town is abuzz with music glitterati of all sorts, and I'm missing it.Forgive me, but I'm in Asia, and I proposed to my girlfriend and she said yes. That's going to have to win out over SXSW this year. Put me in musicblog timeout, if you must, but let Gorilla Vs. Bear or Stereogum or Austinist guide you home this week. Uncle Paul will be back next week.
And I don't want to hear it about March Madness either.
